2025 Wheel Women Event – Celebrating Women Behind the Wheel
The Gnoo Blas Classic Car Club hosted another highly successful Wheel Women event in November 2025, celebrating the women in our club and community who share a passion for motoring. This year’s gathering once again highlighted the enthusiasm, variety, and camaraderie that make the event such an important part of our calendar.
More importantly, the event recognisies the important work of Housing Plus and through their facility The Orchards Orange to support women and children impacted by domestic violence. The event raised over $3500 for The Orchards to support this important work.
Participants arrived in an impressive range of vehicles — some owned, some borrowed, and a few kindly lent for the occasion — creating a wonderfully diverse display across eras and styles. From timeless classics to later-model favourites, each car brought its own character, and every driver had a story to share.
The morning offered a relaxed atmosphere where members and the public could connect, talk cars, admire the unique lineup and shop at the various market stalls. As always, the event reinforced the value of encouraging and recognising the women who contribute so much to our club, both on the road and behind the scenes.
Thank you to all the women who took part and to the members who came along in support and volunteered their time. Many thanks also to members of the public who stopped by to support this event. Everyone’s enthusiasm keeps this event growing each year, and we look forward to seeing even more participants at the 2026 Wheel Women gathering.
