This year’s Gnoo Blas Classic was a success again generating lots of positve comments, experiences and memories for visitors….but also funds that the club traditionally distributes in the way of donations to various community groups. This year Gnoo Blas made donations to the following organisations:
The Orange Hospital Palliative Care Team
The Orange Hospital Palliative Care Team provides compassionate, specialist care and support for patients living with life-limiting illness, as well as their families and loved ones. Their dedicated team focuses on improving quality of life through pain and symptom management, emotional support, and guidance during difficult times. Working closely with families and other health professionals, they ensure patients receive dignified, respectful, and person-centred care.
The Gnoo Blas Classic Car Club is proud to support the Orange Hospital Palliative Care Team with a donation of $1,000 and acknowledges the vital and compassionate work they do for patients and families in our community.
Country Education Foundation
The Country Education Foundation supports young people from regional and rural communities as they pursue further education, training and career opportunities. Through scholarships, grants and local mentoring, the foundation helps remove financial barriers that can prevent country students from achieving their goals. By investing in education and personal development, the organisation plays an important role in strengthening regional communities and creating opportunities for future generations.

Mr Perfect – Orange
The Mr Perfect group in Orange provides a welcoming and informal environment where men can connect, share experiences and support one another while working on practical projects and enjoying a barbecue. Open to men of all ages and backgrounds, the group helps combat social isolation, promotes mental wellbeing and encourages community involvement through friendship, conversation and hands-on activities. Their regular gatherings foster a strong sense of mateship and belonging within the Orange community.

Little Wings
The Little Wings charity provides free air and ground transport for seriously ill children living in regional and remote areas, helping them access life-saving medical treatment at major hospitals. Supported by volunteer pilots, drivers and community donors, Little Wings eases the financial and emotional burden on families by ensuring children can attend vital medical appointments regardless of where they live. Their work delivers practical assistance, hope and support to families during some of life’s most challenging times.

Orange Mens Choir
The Orange Men’s Choir is a well-known local community choir that brings together men from across the Orange district who share a love of singing and fellowship. Through regular performances at community events, concerts, aged-care facilities and charitable functions, the choir provides entertainment, promotes musical participation and contributes significantly to the cultural life of our region. Their commitment to community spirit and local engagement makes them a valued part of Orange’s vibrant community.
